Annual General Meeting
The AGM is held each year on the fourth Monday in March. The 2009 AGM was held on 23 March. The notice for the next AGM will be posted in early 2010. Executive Member Meeting
Executive Members meet on the fourth Monday of each month to discuss ongoing business of the AEC. If you have anything you would like to bring to the attention of the Executive, please contact the Executive Officer.
