Award for the Highest Achieving HSC Student in a NSW Public School

In 2015 the AEC initiated an award for the highest achieving Aboriginal student in the NSW HSC.

The award is designed to recognise and celebrate the achievement of an academically talented student.

This award includes a $500 prize to assist the student in their post school life.

The inaugural winner of this award was Gemma Tierney – from the Northern Beaches secondary College, Manly Campus

The AEC would like to Congratulate Gemma and wish her well in her future studies.
